Whitmore Arms Associates, LLC in partnership with the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing were awarded housing credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to acquire and rehab Whitmore Arms Apartments in Dayton, Ohio. OHFA reserved annual housing credits which provided over $4.5MM in construction costs, closing in March 2016. Other funding partners included County Corp, the City of Dayton and KeyBank.
